Tim Webb, CEO & Founder
My commitment, and that of our team, is simple.  Build strong, trusted relationships, bring insight from 33 years of digital technology solutions, and listen and understand the unique needs of clients and the outcomes they seek to achieve. With a career spanning Graphic Design, WayFinding Design, Digital and Static Signage, I have gained invaluable knowledge to assist businesses achieve better engagement and outcomes, surpass marketing objectives and enhance brand health with innovative digital technologies. I am passionate and hard working to seek out industry leading solutions. ​I work with an exceptional team to help organisations with innovative digital solutions & technologies to better engage and deliver messaging.  This is based on a deep understanding of graphic design, psychology and technology -  from Way Finding Signage at Airports, Train Stations, Stadiums, to interactive touchscreens and Out of Home Digital Billboards, Sporting Stadiums Digital Displays and operational and marketing displays that are fully integrated. ​My skillsets include, senior leadership, digital and WayFinding specifications, quantity surveying for large infrastructure train, roading, airport, national rebrand projects and Sport Stadiums, Project Management, Digital Signage System Architect and Integrator, and new product market penetration.
Paul Whitehead
Project Consultant
Paul is an accomplished signage Project Manager with strong qualifications and industry experience working on Large Scale Signage projects in the USA. He has worked in the Las Vegas sign industry for the past 15 years on both Static and Digital signage. Vegas is the home of many iconic signage projects and Paul has worked on many of these as a Senior Project Manager. His qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science and an Electrical Engineering degree both from UWA. Having someone with experience working on some of the largest signage projects in the world like the Apple Campus in Las Vagas brings a skillset to Visicomm and our customers that is unique to Australia. Paul’s looks after, Design, program, manufacturing, site coordination, OH&S, Documentation control, Site meetings with the project team.
Dave Gifford
Senior Project Manager
Dave Gifford has worked as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Site Manager on many of the large format JCDecaux digital & static builds since 2011 including, RAC Arena, Perth Airport Gantry Signs, Mono Pole Digital Sign, Static Billboards, XTrack Central Digital Signs, I-Vision Kiosks Perth Airport, HBF Park Digital Signage, Graham Farmer Fwy Digital Bridge Billboard and Airport-Link Tunnels. Dave’s role is Senior Site Manager. Dave would be responsible for all site coordination and overseeing all site works. Dave would be responsible for QC and ITP processes on site. Dave would also attend the Pre-Start meetings.
Duncan Pratt
Structural Engineering - Consultant
Duncan is passionate about delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions in structural engineering, he brings 30+ years of experience to the table. Specializing in structural engineering, Duncan has a proven track record of successfully overseeing major infrastructure projects including, Airport-Link Tunnels, JCDecaux Gantry Signs and Mono Poles Digital Billboards at Perth Airport and all JCDecaux signage across Perth. Duncans role is to certify all signage and carry out site inspections if required.
Brian Dargie
HSE / Environment Consultant
Brian has 15+ years experience as a HSE Manager & Consultant. He has held senior roles for Perth Airport & Capstone. Brian’s Role is overseeing HSE documentation, SWMS and Visicomm’s Environmental Policy on the project and carrying out quarterly audits of BD documentation throughout the project.
Steven Coverley
Senior Electrical Technician - Consultant
Steven Coverley has 20 years static and digital signage electrical experience. Steven worked on signage for the Airport-Link Tunnels, JCDecaux signage across Perth, HBF Arena digital signage. Steven’s role is to manage all site works in terms of electrical works and certifications for signage.
Tull Ashard
Senior Design - Consultant
Tull Ashard has 25+ years experience designing, manufacturing and managing at all levels within the signage industry. The last six years have been focused on design and drafting, to develop and implement the best solutions for quality of product and efficiency in manufacturing while ensuring structural stability. Demonstrated project delivery experience includes: RAC Arena Airport-Link, JCDecaux's Out of Home large format digital signage at Perth Airport, Freeways around Perth City, Perth City CBD. HBF Park Perth, HBF Arena Joondalup. Tull’s role is project Design manager, Tull would manage all drawings & drawings document control.
Clint Leshart
Senior Design - Consultant
Clint has 25+ years experience in designing, manufacturing and managing at all levels within the signage industry. The last six years have been focused on design and drafting, to develop and implement the best solutions for quality of product and efficiency in manufacturing while ensuring structural stability. Demonstrated project delivery experience includes: Perth Airport, Perth City CBD. Optus Stadium, Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Bank West, Comm Bank, Mitsubishi Motors. Clint’s role is senior draftsman along with Tull, Clint would design the shop drawings.
Justin Evans
Senior Lead Installer
Justin has 25+ years experience in the signage industry, Graphic Design, Coded Welder / Fabricator, Project Manager, Installation manager. Justin was the project manager and lead installer on the Airport-Link Tunnels project, HBF Park, Perth Airport Car Parks, Westfield Centres. Justin’s role is the Lead Installer onsite.
